The Friends of the Franklin County Public Libraries (FFCPL) is a nonprofit organization established in 1994. Our mission is to support the Franklin County Public Libraries' goal to provide informational, educational and cultural materials for the benefit of persons of all ages in the community. The Friends' programs include and annual Souper Celebration where everyone contributes to a rummage sale and soup, salad, and bread feast, activities for kids, and an annual student scholarship.
